What is a Paddle Retreat weekend? Throughout the year we will announce dates and open up the house for folks to stay. We offer an experience unlike any other paddle destination. Your 'Basecamp', located at W4615 County Road H, Fredonia, Wi,  is situated within the countryside of Wisconsin. Our home is warm and inviting to the visitor. This 4 bedroom house (queen-sized beds) has three full sized bathrooms, and comfortable seating - to kick back and relax.

Find a place on the deck or back screened in porch and listen to nature. Pleasant evenings will find us sitting around a campfire sharing stories about the day. During your stay, we will provide two breakfast meals (Saturday and Sunday) and a supper (Saturday) during your weekend paddle trip. The evening meals will be catered and seasoned to perfection; Local seasonal fruits and veggies will be used as often as possible  - one will never go hungry. Coffee and teas are always available at a moments notice.

This weekend is designed for planned small group trips, or instruction for couples. We will provide the comforts of home, the professional instruction, and kayaking needs (yaks and gear shuttled to the destinations). All 'classroom' portions of training will take place within the house. Evening entertainment will highlight our day's accomplishments via slideshows and/or movies on the big screen (hopefully under the stars).

For the early arrivals on Friday evening, we recommend having you join us for a local Fish Fry (one of those Wisconsin traditions).
