Sunset Yoga and Kayak

Join us for a Sunset Yoga & Kayak Tour at Mauthe Lake State Park!

We’ll start our adventure with a 45 minute yoga flow that activates and stretches the correlating muscle movement for kayaking, provided by Mary at Divine Yoga.
Once we’ve finished our full body stretch, we’ll hop into our kayaks for a sunset guided tour by Silent Wake LLC.

Please bring a towel or a yoga mat for this event. We encourage you to bring your own kayaking gear, but a complimentary rental of kayaks, paddles, and PFD are included in the prices.

There is limited space of 10 participants for this event.

Payment and waiver must be completed 72 hours prior to the event start time.
A Wisconsin State Park vehicle admission sticker is required.
